Q : How do I make a resort reservation?
A : Guests may contact us at +81 980-89-2567 (12pm – 9pm +9UTC) or click the “Booking” button on our website. Additionally, reservations can be made through websites including Booking.com and Expedia
Q: Which are the proper check-in and check-out times?
A: Earliest check-in may begin as early as 4:00pm. Latest check-out is at noon 12:00pm.
Guests arriving ahead of proper check-in time may leave their baggage with us.
Q : How much additional fee to remain after the proper check-out time (12:00pm)?
A : Check-out extension is dependent on resort vacancy.
Extensions to 3:00pm pay an additional amount of ¥32,400.
Extensions to 5:00pm pay an additional ¥54,000.
Q: Which methods of payments do you accept?
A : Guests are welcome to pay by credit or cash (Japanese currency). We welcome Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Union Pay. We only accept full payment charges.
Q : Tell me about your cancellation policy.
A : Cancellations ranging within 4 to 14 days before the date booked incur a cancellation charge of 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation ranging from 3 days or less of the date booked incur 100% charge.
※We don’t charge cancellation fees for flights affected by a typhoon or sudden domestic airline flight cancellations.
Q : How many guests may stay at the your villa?
A : The villa allows for up to four guests. (Children of 6 years old and older are counted as 1 guest)
Transportation
Q : Do you offer shuttle service from the Ishigaki airport to the resort?
A : We offer free shuttle service between 4:00pm – 8:30pm.
Please inform us about your flight details to arrange shuttle service.
Guests may alternately arrange a shuttle service for pick up elsewhere on the island between 4:00pm – 8:30pm.
Transport from Ishigaki Airport to our resort usually takes 15 – 20 minutes by car or taxi.
Q : Do you offer a parking space?
A : We offer a complimentary parking space for guests.
Villa
Q : How spacious is the villa?
A : The housing structure including the second floor is calculated at 130㎡ and to include the pool totals 200㎡.
Q :Is smoking permitted inside the villa?
A : Guests are asked to smoke outside the villa. Smoking is permitted pool side and on the 2F veranda.
Q : Do you offer internet service at the villa?
A : SSR offers free WiFi to guests. We don’t offer or rent devices to access the internet such as notebooks or tablets.
Q : May I bring pets along with me?
A : SSR policy doesn’t permit guests to bring pets. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Q : What amenities are available for those of us considering an longer stay?
A : IH stove (induction heating), tablewares, glasses, cookware, refrigerator, microwave oven, drum type washing and dryer machine.
Q :Is the pool available for all seasons?
A : We recommend swimming between April through November. Water tempretures between November through March are less friendly for casual swimming.
Q :How far is the beach from the villa?
A : The villa is beachfront property only 50 meters (55 yards) away. The beach belongs to Ishigaki National Park and guests are strongly advised to avoid the forested path and shoreline after dark.
Meals
Q :What is available for dinner?
A :We offer two cuisine arrangements: French and Japanese. Our Japanese selection is available by request 7 days ahead of your intended stay.
※French cuisine will be selected by default unless guests request our Japanese selection 7 days in advance of your stay. Guest each receive the same arranged meal. SSR doesn’t offer an individual dinner set alongside breakfast sets.
Q :Where and when is dinner available?
A :Guests may enjoy at our private dining room 7:30pm to 8pm. Guests will be asked to specify their desired starting time.

Q :Tell me about your breakfast selections?
A : Guests may select Japanese or Continental breakfast.
Guests each receive the same arranged meal. SSR doesn’t offer an individual dinner set alongside breakfast sets.
Q :Where is breakfast served?
A :Breakfast is delivered to the villa between 8:00am to 10:00am. Guests may select their breakfast time(s) at check-in.

Q : How long does it take to Ishigaki-city (or Ferry terminal) from the villa?
A : It will take about 30 minutes by car.
